Step 1: Contact Us

There’s two ways to get started, (a) give us a call at (628) 400-7483 or (b) fill out our contact form and we’ll get in touch with you. Upon confirmation, we will be discussing your unique website needs for your business, and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to go with us, we will then send you our Terms of Service, get your customer account setup, and take care of payment information. Once we’re done with those, we will then schedule a website design meeting that is open to your schedule.

Step 2: Design Intake Meeting

Reserve about 45 minutes to an hour from your calendar before scheduling a design meeting. Together, we will identify any design preferences, and explain our design process thoroughly so you know what to expect. We will discuss everything from your business’ branding, copywriting, marketing, and identifying your target customers.

Step 3: Content Outline

Based on information we gather from the design meeting, our team will create a detailed content outline for the initial pages of your website. We will guide you through creating the copy and imagery we need to complete your project. We can also help you with any content creation and editing, and any photo services that your business may need at additional rates.

Step 4: Beta Website

Our team will build a fully functional beta website from the information we gather in the design meeting. We will then send you a link to your mobile-ready website, meaning it will look great on any device you use. It could be your computer, your iPad, or even your Android smartphone. Please keep an open mind during this phase as we will be using placeholder images and dummy text until we have any content done, or received from your end.

Step 5: Design Revisions

After reviewing the beta website, we make any changes and adjustments you’d like to the design. There’s no revision limits for any minor details (such as misspelling, text alignment, change of images), but please be as detailed as possible on what you need changed with. Please note that we are experts at what we do so we try to make your website seemingly simple and easy for your target customers to use so there’s a reason for each placement and content that we do for your website.

Step 6: Content Finalization

After you have approved your website design, we’ll need all text, images and other content finalized. We’ll send a final beta for you to review before we launch your website. If our team created your content, this is the final revision stage.

Step 7: Website Launch

Once all revisions are addressed and content is finalized, we launch your website. If you have an existing website, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for the switch to be made. If this is your first website, the launch is instant. Once complete, your website is accessible to anywhere in the world, just get your domain name on the browser’s address bar and you will be set.

Step 8: Follow-Up

A few weeks after launch, we will follow-up with you to make sure everything is working great. At this point we can discuss any other digital marketing needs you might have. We want to make sure your website investment is successful and growing your small business.
